about lse

Mission

LSE strives to help workers with disabilities “be all they can be” in the workplace. If workers can compete successfully for their own jobs, job coaches will help them choose a career, prepare for interviews, and even provide extra supervision at their job site after workers are hired. If workers need closer supervision, that can be provided in the field or they can work in our production department. Other services, such as mobile evaluations, can help along the way.

Our bylaws describe this broad selection of services in this way: “LSE is a non-profit organization the purpose of which is to help eligible individuals with disabilities maximize their vocational functioning and quality of life by evaluating, training and placing individuals in competitive employment and providing follow-up services that will help these workers retain their jobs.”
