Never had a job or unsure how to find one?
Participate in our two-week to four-week Work Adjustment Training Programs that will instill skills and confidence to succeed on the job.
Need a little support?
LSE offers a complete program, including job development, job coaching and retention services. Our coaches guide workers through the complicated and often challenging process of applications and interviews. The coaches also provide on-the-job support and help workers and employers make accomodations that are comfortable for both parties. Through our Retention Program, a coach will continue to monitor workers and contact employers for the duration of workers' employment. The retention coach is available to help workers if any problems arise.
Inside Works
About a dozen employers allow job trials for LSE workers. The workers perform the duties of the job they're testing for two hours to two days. The experience that the workers gain gives them a better understanding of the employment field they're considering. The work also gives employers a free viewing of workers they might want to hire.
